- I find three dinosaurs which were named in honor of dad. I am not sure who did the naming in each instance but these are the names and the bit of information that dad provided about each in one of his biographical documents:
- 1. Progainognathus jenseni, an unusual fossil animal I found in South America, about half way on an evolutionary scale between reptiles and mammals.
- 2. Austrobrachyops jenseni: the first fossil animal found inAntarctica
- 3. Jensensispermum redmondi , a fossil plant eaten by dinosaurs, by a scientist in the Brith Museum of Natural History.
